Booking Terms and Conditions

I accept that by purchasing a ticket at Limestone Coast Boat Tours, I agree to all of Limestone Coast Boat Tours’ terms and conditions:

1. Limestone Coast Boat Tours - Robe: Tours depart from Lake Butler Marina, Robe, South Australia. Our vessel boards from a landing at the marina.

2. Limestone Coast Boat Tours – Cape Jaffa: Tours depart from the Cape Jaffa Marina, Cape Jaffa, South Australia. Our vessel boards from a landing at the marina.

3. Booking name required at time of boarding as proof of purchase, our crew have a digital manifest to check customers in on booking.

4. Passengers must be at the departure point at least 15-minutes before departure time.

5. Vessel will depart at departure time shown, no refunds will be given for missed bookings or/late arrivals;

6. Allow ample time to travel to the tour departure location, find parking & get to the boarding point;

7. Refunds will not be given if a customer cancels less than 24 hours prior to the departure time.

8. Full refund or/ credit is offered for cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to tour departure;

9. Limestone Coast Boat Tours will offer an alternate date or/ full refund if the tour is cancelled by us (i.e weather);

10. All bookings must be paid in full to confirm booking unless stated or agreed otherwise;

11. We require a minimum of 6 passengers per tour to operate tours. In the rare event that we must cancel a day due to lack of numbers, passengers will be offered full refund or opportunity to re-schedule tour;

12. Minimum age on ‘Robe Coastal Boat Tour’ & ‘Cape Jaffa Coastal Boat Tour’ is 2 (two) years. Children 2-14 years must be accompanied by at least 1 (one) adult.

13. Child ticket = 0-14 years, adult ticket = 15+ years;

14. Limestone Coast Boat Tours is suitable to run in most weather conditions, however, in extreme cases we will either postpone the tour or/ offer a full refund;

15. We will endeavour to include wildlife and birdlife sightings, such as seals and dolphins, however wildlife and birdlife sightings are not guaranteed on any tour departure;

16. Participation on any tour is entirely at own risk, with full indemnity to Limestone Coast Boat Tours.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of South Australia, the courts of which shall have exclusive jurisdiction. If any of these conditions should be determined to be void, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, such conditions shall be deleted, and the remaining Conditions of Sale remain and continue to be valid, biding, and enforceable.
